Our Story: Meet the Sea 4 Ventures Family
Sea 4 Ventures is proudly owned and operated by Chris and Lilly Rogers, a husband-and-wife team whose lives have been defined by service, sacrifice, and a passion for helping others.
Lilly is a decorated combat veteran and retired Senior Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force, having served 26 years as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician with multiple tours during the Global War on Terror. Working behind the scenes she keeps Sea 4 Ventures running on time, and ready to go.
Chris, a 30-year law enforcement veteran and fellow bomb technician, has worked in over a dozen countries through the U.S. Department of State, supporting local EOD units—and, as the stories go, sampling every bit of cuisine along the way.
Their shared experiences, both at home and abroad, have given them a deep understanding of the toll that high-stress professions take on mental health. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Chris and Lilly began running fishing trips for veterans as a way to offer peace, camaraderie, and healing on the water. What began with a simple, heartfelt invitation—“Hey man, if you’re having a hard time, why don’t you come down and go fishing?”—quickly grew into 10 to 15 monthly trips offered at no cost to veterans.
