Cancellations more than 72 hours before departure receive a full refund.

 

Cancellations within 72 hours are nonrefundable.

 

No-shows will be charged the full charter rate. 30 minutes past trip time is considered a no-show.

 

Sea 4 Ventures may cancel charters due to weather conditions or mechanical issues, offering a full refund or rescheduling option.

 

Cancellations due to unsafe, disruptive or destructive behavior, are nonrefundable.
